Une nouvelle Cour constitutionnelle a \u00e9t\u00e9 institu\u00e9e par l\u2019Acte constitutionnel de transition du 6 juin 1998. La Constitution de transition du 28 octobre 2001 et la Constitution du 18 mars 2005, actuellement en vigueur, instituent \u00e9galement une Cour Constitutionnelle.
